Your ceremony can happen outdoors with the lagoon behind you, then move inside to the main hall for the reception. The hall is surrounded by windows, so the water and the grounds stay part of the room even after dark.
There is a separate space for cocktail hour, which gives you somewhere to send guests while the ceremony space is reset or photos are being taken.
